Hervey Bays’ favourite bakery, Pie & Pastry Paradise has a rich baking history, spanning two centuries, two continents and generations of The Berkhout family. Beginning in the small town of Dordrecht in Holland in 1902 and now in two beautiful locations in Hervey Bay on the picturesque Fraser Coast in Queensland.
